The Southwire 12ForLife program is in the news again today! Great job Southwire and Carroll County Schools.
The Southwire Company has employed hundreds of teens to do line work four hours a day, letting them earn a minimum wage and then spend eight hours a day in the company’s classrooms. This initiative started in 2007 and has grown from 69 students to 250 in 2014. Just this last June, 114 high school seniors graduated. For the full article, go HERE.
