February 17, 2015 is CTSO Day at the Capitol in Atlanta, Georgia. Since CTE month is February 2015, the CTSO Day at the Capitol gives students the chance to become more knowledgeable about the workings of their state government and meet and hear from state legislatures who pass the laws of the state. Georgia CTSO promotes occupational excellence, leadership and citizenship among their members who are preparing for the workforce and further education. The April 2015 GACTE board meeting will be held at Camp John Hope in Fort Valley, Georgia. All GACTE Board Meetings are open to our membership to attend. The only exception is meetings of our Executive Committee portions of our board meetings when we go into Executive Session to discuss personnel matters.
