GACTE 2025 Conference Hotel Information

You should be registered for the conference before making a hotel reservation. The link for reservations will be in your confirmation e-mail.

If you have questions about hotel information please contact Athens Housing Services email (Housing@VisitAthensGA.com). Athens Housing Services are available from 9:00am to 5:00pm EST Monday through Friday.

Hotel reservations need to be made by May 1, 2025. Any individual reservations that are booked but need to be cancelled/modified after the cutoff date, must be communicated with the hotel directly.
